We rarely get the chance to see the Mont Blanc massif from this angle.It was a stormy day, and I was flying in a small plane with the window open at –30°C.The pilot, very skilled, managed to position the aircraft so we could see the massif from a truly unusual perspective.Not a single trace of civilization—suddenly, the playground for skiing, trail running, cycling, and hiking seemed immense.
