How are the prints packaged and shipped?

All fine art prints are packaged with meticulous care.
Each print surface is protected with acid-free tissue paper, ensuring the highest level of preservation.
The prints are then further isolated from the outer packaging with an additional protective layer
Unframed prints are shipped in extra-thick, heavy-duty tubes designed to provide maximum protection during transit.
Framed prints are carefully secured with reinforced corner protection and cushioning materials, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition, ready to hang.
All prints are made to order. No stock is held — each artwork is printed especially for you to guarantee the highest quality standards.
Production time is approximately 15 business days, followed by 24 to 72 hours for shipping.
These timeframes are indicative, and every effort is made to reduce delivery times whenever possible.
Please note that delays in shipping cannot be subject to compensation.
If you require expedited production, please contact us,we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the laboratory’s availability.

My package arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage directly to the carrier.Do not accept a package that shows visible damage.
If in doubt, open the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver.
We will not be able to process an exchange if this procedure is not followed.
Please also send us photos of the damage to facilitate the replacement process.

Can I return a print?

All prints are made to order. No stock is held — each artwork is printed especially for you to guarantee the highest quality standards.
In accordance with applicable consumer laws, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order at your own expense for an exchange or refund.
However, no refunds or exchanges can be accepted in the following cases :
- Custom-made orders (including large formats)
-Dissatisfaction with color or tonal rendering. Please note that slight variations may occur between a printed artwork and how it appears on different screens. Returns will not be accepted for this reason.
Returns for personal preference are at the buyer’s expense and must be sent back in the original packaging, unless otherwise agreed in writing.No refund will be issued for items returned damaged.

Shipping costs and destinations

Shipping costs are included in the total price (VAT included) displayed on the website.
We currently ship to :
France,Germany,Belgium,Italy,Spain
For all other destinations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, many artworks are available as custom size fine art prints, with or without cropping depending on the requested format.
Please note that custom prints are non-returnable.
For special requests, please contact us by email with the reference of the artwork.
