Stef Husson, qui a équipé ce rocher improbable, est sur la photo, avec son lâcher de pied reconnaissable entre tous.
Cette image a gagné le 2ème prix au concours Paris sport photo en 2021, puis a été sélectionnée pour le thème sport du pavillon France à l'expo universelle de Dubaï.
Elle a aussi été vendue aux enchères par Drouaut en 2023 au profit la vente caritative que le "Grand Prix Photo de Saint-Tropez" organise pour le "Mécénat chirurgie cardiaque, enfants du monde"

It’s a monolith topped with a small square of grass — a kind of anomaly at the foot of the Pierra Menta. A unique graphic shape, almost like a piece of candy.
Stef Husson, who equipped this improbable rock, appears in the photo, with his instantly recognizable foot cut loose.
This image won 2nd prize at the Paris Sport Photo in 2021, and was later selected for the sports theme of the Expo 2020 Dubai French Pavilion.
It was also auctioned by Drouot in 2023 during the charity sale organized by the Grand Prix Photo de Saint‑Tropez in support of Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque – Enfants du Monde.
The photograph is also featured on the cover of my book Sauvage, which won the Best Image Book Award at the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival in 2024.
