Quand les cristaux recouvrent les cailloux de la rivière, tout le relief s'adoucit et des formes apparaissent.
Je "sentais" qu'il y avait quelque chose de particulier à photographier dans endroit-là et pas ailleurs.
Mais je n'arrivais pas à l'identifier . Alors j'ai promené mon objectif autour de moi, changé plusieurs fois de focale, fait quelques pas à droite, en arrière, jusqu'à ce que que ces formes apparaissent dans mon viseur : une évidence , elle était là, l'image que j'avais pressentie.

When crystals cover the stones of the river, the whole relief softens and shapes begin to emerge.
I could feel there was something special to photograph in that particular place and nowhere else, but I couldn’t quite identify it. So I moved my lens around, changed focal lengths several times, took a few steps to the right, then back, until those shapes finally appeared in my viewfinder. It became obvious — the image I had sensed was there.
